Based in Covington, Kentucky, Parry Deering Futscher & Sparks, PSC, is a firm of highly experienced commercial litigation attorneys with a practice that is national in scope. The attorneys in the firm have significant courtroom experience representing businesses and individuals in class actions and other complex commercial litigation.

Our goal in every case is to obtain an excellent result for our clients and in most cases that can be achieved through settlement. We understand, however, that favorable settlement terms can be negotiated only by thoroughly preparing cases for trial. If we cannot settle on acceptable terms, we are not reluctant to go to the courtroom and we have significant experience in trials. The four partners in our firm have combined experience of over one hundred years of trying complex commercial cases. We have tried cases to conclusion, including complex class action cases, in California, Illinois, Missouri, Kentucky and Ohio. In the early 1990s, we computerized a courtroom and conducted what we believe to be on the first "paperless" trials in the United States.

Unlike many law firms, we do not require the attorneys to bill a minimum number of hours. Our focus is on obtaining results rather than putting hours on the books for billing purposes. In most of the cases we handle, we are paid based upon the result we achieve, not the number of hours we bill our clients.

The majority of our clients are other lawyers, from various parts of the country, who refer cases to us. We have earned a reputation for being both fair and competent when working with referring attorneys.
