The lawsuit alleges that American Bankers overcharged on certain
credit life insurance policies issued to residents of the Commonwealth
of Kentucky. In particular, Plaintiff's claims relate to credit
life coverage sold in the state of Kentucky on form number
AC2600CB between February 4, 1997 and April 23, 2004.
